All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency where available.
Changes to pickup time, location, or passenger numbers are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
Our drivers monitor flight arrivals and wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra cost. Delays beyond 90 minutes may incur waiting fees. Please provide accurate flight details at booking.
Standard allowance: 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger. Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance. We are not liable for lost or damaged items, but take every care in handling.
All our vehicles are fully insured for passenger liability. However, we recommend personal travel insurance. Cranes Airport Transfers & Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Child seats are available on request (additional fee may apply). Children under 12 receive 35% discount on transfers.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or under the influence of alcohol/drugs. No smoking in vehicles.
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only for providing services and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
